And terror groups, just like businesses, are seeking to merge — to remain viable.

Tricia Bacon, an assistant professor at American University, has written a book on the topic called “Why Terrorist Groups Form International Alliances.” She talks about it on this week’s edition of The Hunt with º£½Ç¾«Æ·ºÚÁÏ national security correspondent J.J. Green.
