Toddler struck by car in Temple Hills; in critical condition

WASHINGTON —聽A toddler is in critical condition tonight after being hit by a car in Temple Hills.

The Prince George’s County police say it happened at about 5:30 p.m. at Saint Barnabas and Stamp Roads.

ABC7鈥檚 Roz Plater tells 海角精品黑料 that the boy and his parents were crossing St. Barnabas Road in dark, rainy conditions, and that they weren鈥檛 in a crosswalk. The police say that the boy was pinned under the car; police spokeswoman Corporal Nicole Hubbard says that 鈥渟ome Good Samaritans鈥 lifted the car off him.

that the boy is three years old; the police are continuing to investigate.

The driver got out of the car and stayed on scene, Plater says, adding that there is no talk of charges.
