WASHINGTON — Police have charged a teacher and former coach at High Point High School, in Beltsville, with sexually abusing a 17-year-old student on school grounds.
Andre Brown, of Beltsville, is charged with sex abuse of a minor and remains in custody.
say a girl told them that Brown had sexually abused her once during this school year, when she was 17. They also say Brown admitted his involvement in the incident.
