WASHINGTON – A man is in stable condition after a shooting in Alexandria on Sunday evening.
The Alexandria police say that they got a report of a shooting at about 6:30 p.m. at North Payne Street and Wythe Street. When they got there, they found a man with a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
