WASHINGTON – One hundred fifty gallons of diesel fuel spilled on the Outer Loop of the Beltway after a tractor-trailer filled with food flipped over near the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
There are several reported injuries, and Hazmat teams are on the scene.
The accident has caused delays throughout the area.
