GAITHERSBURG, Md. – A 23-year-old man was killed Saturday night, and his father is the suspect.
Montgomery County police say officers found the man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound in the 7900 block of Spiceberry Circle around 8:45 p.m. after a 911 call about a shooting.
Police are ruling a domestic-related homicide. The father, 55, remained on the scene and is in police custody.
Police have not released the the victim’s or the suspect’s name. Police are still investigating the shooting.
