LINTHICUM, Md. – The last 300 U.S. airmen to leave Iraq return to Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport this week.
Their return to the U.S. comes as President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will at a ceremony at Joint Base Andrews.
Nearly 4,500 Americans were killed and 32,000 wounded during the nearly nine-year war.
