Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter capped off hometown heroes The Roots鈥� performance at the city’s聽Fourth of July festival by making a cameo during a cover of the classic 鈥淩apper鈥檚 Delight.鈥� It takes about a verse before his vocals get turned up in the mix, but you have to stick around for the mike drop:
To those in the know, Nutter鈥檚 skills shouldn鈥檛 be that much of a surprise: He started off as a DJ, he told in a 2011 interview, and he鈥檚 done the song before.
