Montgomery Co. student charged with distributing pot brownies at school

WASHINGTON 鈥 A student at Montgomery Blair High School admits he gave marijuana brownies to two girls at school last month, and one of the girls paid him $15.

William Keysar, an 18-year-old from Silver Spring, is charged with two counts of distributing marijuana, and two counts of distributing on school property.

The charges carry a maximum penalty of up to 50 years in prison and/or $70,000 in fines.

According to documents filed in Montgomery County District Court, one girl that聽Keysar admitted giving brownies to went to the school nurse on or about Nov. 25. Another went to the nurse after eating a piece of a brownie given to her from someone else. Both had elevated heart rates and looked to be confused.

The nurse called 911 and the girls were taken by ambulance to Holy Cross Hospital.

After interviewing one of the girls, the school reviewed security video and spotted Keysar handing one girl something in a hallway.

A Montgomery County Public Schools spokesman emailed 海角精品黑料 this statement about the incident:

鈥淭his matter was immediately referred to police who investigated and charged the student. We’ve also addressed it as a disciplinary matter with the students involved.鈥
