WASHINGTON — The man who is suspected of in Frederick, Maryland, on Saturday has been arrested, police said Sunday morning.
According to reports, Brandon Brown, 22, was killed when he stopped his Big Daddy Ice Cream truck at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Vermont Court聽in the Frederick鈥檚 Lucas Village neighborhood. He got out and was approached by his assailant, who shot him at least once in the chest, police said in a news聽release.
Frederick police say they arrested Larnell Lyles, 27, early Sunday morning at a residence in the 100 block of Sandalwood Court in Walkersville, Maryland, and charged him with first degree murder.
The investigation is still ongoing.
