UPDATE: Police Tweeted at 1:05 that the missing boy has been found
WASHINGTON —聽The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public鈥檚 assistance in locating a critical missing person identified as Ridwan Eliassou-Maman, 10.
He was last seen on Sunday, March 13, 2016, at approximately 12:30 a.m. in the Unit block of Nicholson Street, Northwest.
Ridwan Eliassou-Maman is described as a black male, 4鈥�0鈥� tall, 30 to 40 pounds, black short-cut hair, brown eyes, with a dark complexion.聽 He was last seen wearing grey basketball shorts with red striping along the sides.聽 Ridwan is not聽 wearing聽 a shirt聽 and聽 is bare foot. Ridwan speaks and understands French.
