WASHINGTON 鈥� Police have arrested a newspaper vendor聽wanted for Thursday.
On Friday, police announced the arrest of 50-year-old聽Daniel Brown, a聽Temple Hills resident.
Police say Brown, a聽vendor distributing The Washington Post Express, got into an argument with a 24-year-old man outside the Addison Road station in Capitol Heights at about 8:40 a.m.
The confrontation then turned physical and police say Brown stabbed the man three times, including once in the stomach. The man was聽critically injured, says聽Metro spokesman Dan Stessel.
Police announced Brown as the suspect Thursday.
Police arrested Brown on charges of attempted murder, first-degree assault and other lesser charges.
