WASHINGTON 鈥� Power is back on for nearly all residents聽in the Capitol Hill area of D.C. Monday night.
PEPCO says it was聽working to repair a problem with a circuit breaker earlier in the night.
The outage started just before 8 p.m., and impacted聽people living in the area between the Supreme Court and Lincoln Park along East Capitol Street.
According to , about 51 customers were without power as of 11:25 p.m.
PEPCO estimates power will be full restored around聽12 a.m.
