Owner Michael Sterling tells the City Paper that he wanted to聽open a restaurant people would come back to. 鈥溾�淚 don鈥檛 care how good of a driver you are. You鈥檙e still going to get tickets in D.C. It鈥檚 something everyone can relate to.鈥�
Bringing a ticket can get you anywhere from one to three dollars off selected menu items, such as curry goat or a jerk salmon sandwich. It also gets you into the monthly raffle, the winner of which gets a ticket up to $100 paid.
