The process of closing Interstate 95 near the Prince William Parkway is underway.
The Virginia Department of Transportation has said the highway will聽be closed for about a half hour Thursday morning.
The complete closure is needed for crews to pull a fiber optic cable across the highway.
The cable came down overnight.
You are being encouraged to avoid I-95.
