Report: Four more arrested on Baltimore curfew violations

WASHINGTON 鈥 Four more people were arrested in Baltimore shortly before 4 a.m. Wednesday, during the first night of the city鈥檚 curfew in response to Monday鈥檚 rioting.

The four were put in flex cuffs and sat on the sidewalk at Pennsylvania and North avenues, near the well-known burned-out CVS store, while officers asked what they were doing out at that hour, reports.

No one is allowed on the streets of Baltimore between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.

The Post adds that two men were stopped by the police at about 3 a.m. and were asked what they were doing out as well. The Post says they were released, and described their interaction with the city police as 鈥渃ool,鈥 but said that National Guardsmen patrolling the streets were 鈥渢he strict ones. They鈥檙e out here ready for war.鈥
