Sarah Gibson has an Honors B.A. in English (with a concentration in Professional Writing) with Distinction from the University of Delaware, and an M.A. in Journalism and Public Affairs (with a concentration in Investigative Journalism) from American University.
In Washington, D.C., Sarah has worked for the web team at 海角精品黑料, as an intern on the Investigative Desk of The Washington Post and as a graduate research assistant at the American University School of Communication鈥檚 Investigative Reporting Workshop. In Newark, Delaware, she worked as a Senior Reporter, Copy Desk Chief and literary reviewer for the University of Delaware鈥檚 student-run newspaper, The Review, and freelanced for the Newark Post, a local weekly newspaper.
Her undergraduate writing earned multiple awards, including a scholarship for women in journalism and recognition for the best series to be featured in The Review for the 2015 鈥� 2016 academic year. In May 2017, Sarah published a thesis examining the role of women, millennials and technology in the future of journalism.
